It was hard to get ahold of someone who knew the status of my car. And I was never contacted that there was a change in my time pickup. I was emailed all week that my car would be done by mid-day on a Monday. I had arranged a ride to get there because no one had called me to tell me there would be a delay. The same thing happened on Tuesday, except that I had called before I went back over there. And yet again on Wednesday, there was another delay. I don't mind waiting for great work, but it would have been nice if I had gotten the call that they constantly told me I would get.
