I really liked how they kept me informed with the status of my car. I really liked everyone who worked there. The appraiser, the office staff etc. and the best part is my car came back cleaner inside than I left it! I felt like I was driving a new car again. :)

The latch for the back tailgate was broken and this weekend when i had a car full of family i found out that the back passenger seatbelt wasnt secured. I realize sometimes parts take a while to come in and things get missed but the seatbelt is a safety issue. Im disapponted this wasnt checked better.
