I will describe my experience as quality work but poor communication.

Drop-off and return were fine however I was not kept informed of progress or of the five supplements processed. There was a four day delay (including 2 day weekend) in getting access to my car after work was complete apparently due to communication delays/problems between PVC and Hartford.
