I could not in good conscience recommend a place that has zero communication with the customer, seems to only have one employee who knows how to fill out paperwork or handle anything beyond name and car, and makes the customer feel like they are asking too much when pointing out shoddy workmanship.

The initial work was not done correctly, and everything I showed them was "not their fault" but would be covered by the lifetime warranty. Work should have been done correctly the first time. The customer should not be the quality control person.
