Body shop customer service is top notch! Everyone of them are ready to assist, keep you from waiting, and ready to engage the customer as soon as they walk in! Mr. Thomas Lindsay provided me with confidence that the process of the claim would be taken care in its entirety and delivered exactly as promised within the initial timeline given! Upon pick up he overheard I had to leave the vehicle to arrange drop off of the rental vehicle as it was not a partnered company to leave the rental at the dealership. He went above and beyond to ensure a driver was able to follow me to the rental company and return me to my vehicle even offered to help move car seats to lower my time spent in the rain! I declined but he stuck around just to make sure I was good to go! Again great customer service at the power swain body shop!

I have nothing more to add for the fact that the people at Power-Swain took great care of my care in a timely fashion. For this to be my first experience, they couldn’t have made it any easier. Every question I had was answered before I could even ask it. The team over there is very good at what they do. I felt very welcomed and I appreciate that.
