I would provide a caveat that the overall time required for the repair may be longer than what is initially expressed. I would recommend that the potential customer ask for a “worst case” length of time, so there is no need to extend the time for a rental car tor other transportation type.

They went above and beyond on my car repair work! Took a lil longer than expected but they made sure it was translated over to insurance properly so I didn’t have any hiccups with my car rental duration! My car looks great!
