I have entountered some things said about management and employees and I am not sure I would go back based off of professionalism.

The door was replaced, but squeeks as if it was tightened to hard and the red writting on my windshield does not come off easily. I took my car to the car wash and tried to hand scrub, but still is on there.

I was told to wait a couple of days to go to the DRs or my repairs would be delayed. My lawyer stated that was incorrect and should have went to the DRs right after.
