Simple windshield replacement, but had some issues. No mention there were different options for windshields, I was quoted one price and assumed that was an equivalent replacement. It was not. Install quality of this other windshield is OK, but have since found some minor damage in the glass. Had I known the real cost for proper replacement I probably would have used my insurance. Instead I used cash for an incorrect low end option unknowingly. So not entirely satisfied, but don't want to pay again. Live and learn.

Overall work was done well, but some mistakes prevent me from being enthusiastic. I don't normally make recommendations, but if asked I'd say PAB is good with insurance. Pretty good people and work, but don't pay out of pocket. No recourse if there's a miscommunication or mistake.

Not perfect but pretty good. I guess I'm picky, but always seem to find several small flaws. This time there are chips/scratches in the new glass, and possibly a flaw in the lamination. Also this is not an equivalent product to what I had, but wasn't made aware that there were other options until after install.

This was my first time dealing with any auto body collision shop. It was a great experience as these guys really took the time to make sure everything was right and that my vehicle was taken care of. They covered all the bases from dealing with the insurance company to updating me constantly about the progressions that were being made on my vehicle. Definitely would recommend these PAB to anyone looking to get work done to their vehicle. Great company, great people and definitely top notch customer service
