Team did an excellent job with the work on the car. I just wish there was a form of email communication for the NYS insurance form I need to get signed. Will need to make a trip back to the shop to get this done.

I would certainly recommend PAW to friends because, as I stated, the craftsmanship exhibited to resolve the accident issues is amazing! Really and overly impressive!!. Its the hiccups in between that needs to be adjusted or perhaps scenarios like this happen 1 out of every 20 customers...not sure

I think PAW has done a phenomenal job in resolving the accident issues I experienced. Here is where they have fallen short 1. Customer service - If a customer states something is wrong with their vehicle, the response should not be "the car is old" as a 7-year-old car is NOT old and there is no correlation between a vehicle being vintage vs the erroneous and or careless craftsmanship that caused even the slightest damage to a vehicle that was not initially there during intake. Errors happen, but issue resolution and communication with the customer, response to resolve the issue make all the difference. The customer is not the enemy.

too early to tell but quality seems good. time will tell. Repair time took much longer than expected...seems to be due to Lucid not Chubb or the repair shop

All good until I was called that my car was ready and it was not. 3 days later and $75.00 in an unnecessary Uber ride. I was able to pick it up. Service was respectful and reports were timely.
