Good service but repair time took longer than expected.

The repair looks good but it took almost 4 weeks to complete some fairly minor damage. This is the second time I have taken a vehicle to Precision Collision and both times they said there was more damage after the initial survey.

I am completely unaware as to what was performed by Precision Collision as I did not have a copy of the initial quote and I did not see a final bill for the service that was done. My role was only involved in the recovery of the vehicle with HPD and verifying all Nielsen assets were no longer present in the car once it was ready for pickup.

the one or two times I dealt with the customer service at the body shop they were polite, knowledgeable and did not speak over my head with jargon, All was above average.

Went to pick up vehicle they said was ready. Had to close the front hood in parking lot that was left partially open. Left the lot and on second day the idler arm is out of adjustment and I need to return as belts are chirping. Steering wheel has a selection button not working and i need to return so they can fix it as it was working after accident but not now.
