Dalton at the desk was very helpful and I would give him a 10 but everyone else was busy and I was calling to get updates. Probably not there fault but I wish the communication either telephone or text, email was more accurate.

The shop did many things right in terms of customer service. However, I wish they reviewed the repair with me. The damage seemed to be purely cosmetics, but I would like to know what all was checked during the repair and have a detailed overview of the work that was completed.
