My car is not complete a month later and I've already paid for the repairs. Communication with my insurance company did not go well and I couldn't keep my rental car any longer without having to pay for it. I really needed my car back. Still waiting on one piece for my front bumper and there's no timeframe for when the part will be in. I don't feel good about paying for services that have not been completed but felt I didn't have a choice

Owner was very very rude and abusive to me when I went today to let him know my car giving away— the bumper parts were dropping on the road on my way to work.. the engine is still vibrating hard like after the accident.. He removed some inner linnings on the bumper and asked me to go home today and that I would be called tomorrow 06-17-2022 for a rental car because I told him I don’t have access to transportation..

Precision did a beautiful job on my Infiniti. They are so efficient, and my car was ready on time even though we were approaching a holiday weekend. Friendly atmosphere in the office.

My door handle had fingerprints they didn’t let the paint dry before touching and I have to drive all the way back for y’all to fix it . Plus communication on updating the status of when my car was supposed to be ready was horrible .

I’m still waiting on emblems. 1 of them from the repairs that were done and the other on the back of my vehicle which was there when my car had to be towed back in and missing the next day when I went to pick up my car. My car still is making a noise when I turn my steering wheel. Not happy with this at all
