Where do I start? These guys are amazing. They were able to fit my Ford in, during the holiday season, and still had it ready in a very reasonable amount of time. When I received my car, not only did it look like new again, it drives like new too! I couldn’t have been happier with the end result. I definitely recommend coming here. And they help you along the way when it comes to the insurance and all that. They made this process really smooth

I received excellent customer service and outstanding paint repairs at Precision. The services were provided with great care in such a small amount of time— for two cars, during the holidays! Excellent service fast and professional. Body work looks amazing. I would give 6 stars but someone left a McDonald's coffe cup in the cup holder not sure why someone would be eating or drinking in the vehicle at all. Other than that everything was great.

Just no where impressed with the service but the shop (Mavis) they had to send it to did a great job

They told me they replaced the tire and wheel house liner, neither of which were replaced at all but I was charged. They told me to bring it back up there for that and I went into work late to drop it off for myself to call later on after being told they would call me. Just to hear they don’t have the part and they’d call me when it comes in. I think they fixed the other stuff on the vehicle I THINK so that’s why I’m giving it a 3

Work on communicating dates that fits your repair schedule. People need their cards so its always best to give a padded date to make sure the shop has enough time to finish the work.
