My experience was absolutely amazing! As a college student having to pay rent for the first time, I was able to work with Precision and work out a completely fair compromise and the result was excellent! The time frame was even better! Precision Paint is amazing. Customer service is excellent. They are the best. This is the second time they have done work on my two vehicles. They are professional and prompt. They completed the work on time for both and their work looks great. I strongly recommend them.

My experience with precision paint and collision was awesome! They picked my vehicle up from Jim Ellis Chevrolet collision center and ordered my parts right away. Mine was an insurance job! The insurance company and initial shop were trying to total out my vehicle and the fix was minor ! Precision paint and collision kept in contact with the insurance company and found a way to fix my car under the total out Jim Ellis quoted. They were prompt, responsive, and quite courteous. This was definitely a white glove experience and more than likely where I’ll be going anytime my car is in need of this kind of service. They also helped communicate with the insurance company so that I was able to get the most out of my situation instead of being taken advantage of. I highly recommend this place. 5 star experience all the way around

I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service from Precision Paint and Collision. I had some minor front end damage to my 2012 Honda Civic EX. Thanks to Melvin Little and his exceptionally courteous staff, I was back in my car within a week and my car looked a thousand times better than when I brought it in. If you want a job done right with top notch customer service. I recommend Precision Paint and Collision!!!

Turned my car in with a full tank of gas it was returned on half and it was driven 50 miles. I'm not satisfied with the work done. Gaps aren't even and looks like my bumper was glued together and glue leaked on the bottom panel. Thick pant on the inner bumper.
