Adding to the fact that a piece of the molding came off while traveling on the interstate, one of my co-workers noticed the trim around the window was not put back correctly. Which tells me, no inspection of the repair was done.

I would not recommend this shop to anyone and being all the stuff they put me through. I will be blasting them on Facebook Instagram and I will be telling everybody I know and even people I don’t know to stay away from this shop, I will make it my job to reach out to people a few times a week and let them know about this Shop I promise

These people are real con artist. They will say anything to get your business even try to put you onto some fraud lawyers whatever you do you must get in writing in business was inherited and not being run right now a guy or maybe she’s a girl named Dee up there is very disrespectful and sassy and the manager is the biggest con artist baby running around in diapers why are they trying to conduct business and dog running around sniffing on your legs? I had to take my truck to another shop to finish getting fixed and deal with the insurance company myself. These people really suck.

These people are bad with keeping you updated in response time they had my vehicle for over 30 days. I attempted to contact them at least two or three times a week to get an update. They never called me and gave me an update at any giving time if you drop your vehicle off over here, check on your status all the time because they will add things to the bill and not inform you. They didn’t even know how to hook my lights back up around my bumper I had to go to another shop to get that done because they failed to plug wires back in these people really suck and are unprofessional. The manager is not even a real good con artist she sucks at that too And she’s always trying to get over on someone. They will also go in the back and act like they fake calling a manager who does not even exist anymore like I said, they inherited the business.

I will definitely be returning to Precision. Excellent customer service! Miss T and the staff were very friendly and courteous. Miss T gave me a thorough assessment of the damages to my car and the estimate price was fair. The service was fast, I had my car back within one day! Body work looked really good. I would definitely recommend this body repair shop to anyone.
