The repair of my car took a long time. I had to keep calling to check on parts coming in when I was told I would be contacted. Twice a part came in and no one called. I also had to bring my car back twice for an issue that should've been double checked and repaired. The final result was me having to take my car to the dealership for further diagnostic. The mechanic should've noticed my water reservoir needed to be replaced as well as the headlight that was replaced not working.

Ryan gave me a fair estimate for a few scratches. I am very satisfied with the finished product. I appreciate how quickly they work. Customer service was excellent. The people at the front desk were very welcoming.

You haven’t completed the repairs. You still owe me one headlight and installation of both headlights. Plus the lower headlamp you installed keeps falling out. I feel a refund is due. I will be calling tomorrow regarding my concerns.
