Poor communication. - I understand that the office is dealing with numerous clients and a number of delays. However, it’s important to remember that these vehicles are some customers only mode of transportation and we are very anxious to get them back. Every time I was told someone would call me back - no one ever did. I had to call back numerous times. But it was the only way I would receive an answer. Also, if an expected deadline cannot be met, send the customer a message to let them know. The first time I was told my car was done, I went to pick it up and one service had not been completed. The scratches were fixed beautifully. However, my side mirror was still broken. Dee did credit me $47 for driving out there (because my balance was $1047) when I paid my final bill which I appreciated. Lastly, my part that was replaced - is different from my original part. I asked the service person to please check with the manufacturer to ensure that they sent the right part. Never heard back.

I appreciate the updates your staff gave throughout the time of the repairs. Your understanding of our problems of limited transportation will never be forgotten. Conversations over the time of the repairs seemed more like speaking to a family member than a business conversation. For that we’re grateful! The experience was superb especially from the 1st day I visited. Everyone was so professional down to earth. I found them on the internet. They were a black owned business. I decided to support my own and gave them a try. The vehicle was completed in a timely matter. They allinement was repaired to my satisfaction. It drives better than before the detail wax was so beautiful. The bumper doesn't look like its been taken off. The bumper isn't on straight and loose on the damaged side,. The repair doesn't look like the unrepaired side. There is missed damage on bumper's grill that was makerd for repair with green writing.

Worst experience I have ever had! I will be filing a complaint with BBB and possible lawsuit when I speak to me attorney. Nobody returned calls or did was they said they would do.

The team at Precision Paint was professional, helpful, and affordable. They kept me apprised of their progress with my car each step of the way. They even delivered the car to me earlier than when first promised. They are a treasure here in Conyers, GA.
