Most everyone in the office was very friendly. I did experience one gentleman who was a bit rude on my estimate day. Told me he would check something upstairs and then never came back. Fortunately the business had other office help that stepped in to help, but it wasnât the Best first impression or greatest customer service Iâve experienced in the past with Premier.
