Customer Service was very good until I reported a new water bottle in a shopping bag being missing from my car. They said they would call me back after checking the detail department for the bag/flask and I haven't heard anything. While it's just a new hydroflask, I'm disappointed I can't trust my car and contents to the shop. I'm also disappointed that I haven't received a call.
