Multiple items. It started with the online booking system allowing me to book an appointment for the day after Thanksgiving. The shop was closed when I got there. The concierge did not manage to apologize. There were multiple delays. Allegedly the insurance was sitting on the approval of a supplement claim for 10 days. I call the insurance the additional work was approved one day after it was submitted. I left at least four messages and spoke numerous times on the phone. Each time I was promised a call back. I only received one call to check if I would authorize some additional work. I believe the car has been at your facility 34 days.
