The service is excellent. They fixed my car within 3 business days and handled rental car Wi th in their own shop to save their customers time. To my surprise, when I pick up my car, the car was clean and much better than other BodyShop I had dealt with in the past. I would highly recommend this BodyShop business for its A plus customer service and service efficiency!

Over the top. Not only was the repair done perfectly, the whole car shined as if it had just been newly painted. I brought the car in without vacuuming or cleaning the inside at all which was a month worth of mess. When I picked up the car, the inside was spotless and cleaned as if I had somebody do a complete detailing of the inside as well. I may be looking for a good used car when this lease is up on the current vehicle, and Premium auto will be the first place I look for a good used car.

Although everyone was fairly pleasant to work with, we were told we would receive a call back on 3 different occasions and got no call back. With the extended (and extended again) wait time for the vehicle to be finished, it would have been nice to have the representative on the phone sound and act apologetic for the delays, rather than sounding like we were bothering them with our calls.

Lack of communication. Told car would definitely be done on a certain date. It was not. We were waiting for parts. Parts arrived and car was not worked on until the following monday When I was called and told my car was ready I arrived, paid the deductible . When I went to get the car it was not ready!! Had to wait an additional 40 minutes for them to clean the car

I can’t say enough great things about this Auto Body shop. Every single person was so nice and helpful which is very rare these days. The entire Family as well as the Office Staff were so friendly and made you feel like Family. My car had a lot of damage and they fixed it perfectly within a week of dropping it off. They gave me a fun little sports car for my rental and even though I couldn’t get it back to them right away once my car was ready they didn’t pressure me to come exchange cars at all. They also did an amazing job cleaning my car inside and out which was a fantastic surprise. They helped me out with a couple other issues that had nothing to do with fixing the back of my car and I can’t thank them enough because it was just more things I didn’t have to worry about. We own a Home Improvement Company and moving forward Premium Auto Body will be our forever Body Shop. They’re also going to start fixing windshields soon and they will even come to you which is going to be incredibly convenient for everyone. They made the entire situation with the Insurance Company so easy and honestly I didn’t have to do anything because they took care of it for me. I just want thank every single person at Premium Auto Body and I am so happy I decided to go to them because from start to finish everything was seem less and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at any Auto Body shop.
