I was very pleased. It is difficult for women to do business with body shops. It’s a scary place to be, big equptment, smashed cars everywhere. And often women are not familiar with. Automobile language and may not understand the explanations. But not here. Everything was explained, and I felt comfortable asking questions. It was a pleasant experience
