Everything done that was supposed to be done only one or two days beyond promised completion date. All done very satisfactory. Haley, which I believe is the name of the girl at the front desk at the body shop is terrific and represents your company extremely well. I just sold mine with 350 employees which I own for 53 years so I know a little bit about employee competence or lack there of and she’s great

Great service. Didnt give a 10 because when I went to pick up the car there was still something pending. They gave me several options: leave the car, bring it back, or have a mobile service go to my home. While I chose to leave it, I think they could have explained this over the phone prior to me getting there to pick up the car. It would have saved a trip and time. Otherwise we are happy with the work and service.

We have recently brought our vehicle in for repairs twice and worked with Hailey at the body shop both times. She was amazing! Her communication and follow up were exceptional throughout the process. Having your vehicle repaired and being without transportation can be stressful, but Hailey made the experience far more manageable. We truly appreciated her support and outstanding service. She is a 10 out of 10!

My car was not cleaned inside or washed. There is paint overspray on my window that I didnt notice before I left that I will have to scrub off. Just not impressed with the quality of work.
