When we were told the truck was ready to be picked up, Prestige had not even painted the bumper or replaced the damaged bumper cover. It was left factory black and they said they don't paint metal bumpers, because the paint would flake off. we left the truck and they called us later to say that they wpuld paint it to match the front bumper (dark grey) and replace the damaged bumper cover. The work was finally completed, but we will never take our truck back again to Prestige to have body work done.

Was very impressed with the communication process. Received a text almost daily and phone calls every 2-3 days on the progress of the repair. Repair was completed within the time frame given. Tony and Kristen were very helpful, polite,and knowledgeable. Would certainly recommend to others.
