While the actual repair was wonderful.... Except for the fact that my Mercedes Custom Made Star Emblem was taken off and not replaced! It was reported/documented upon delivery. Picking up the car was nearly impossible during the week for a working person that lives 1hr plus away.Thank you for your time and special thanks to Kristen in the Body shop and the night shift gal who took my payment in the Showroom area.
