I had a wonderful experience with Prestige Ford and the repair of my vehicle. The communication was superb and I always knew what was going on with the repair. Texts and phone calls were timely. My vehicle was ready when promised and looks great! Working with Prestige Ford was the only positive aspect of hitting a coyote with my van!

They went above and beyond. I thought they might just fix what they had to, wash the outside and be done. I was pleasantly surprised that they'd also detailed the inside. I was kept posted every step of the way. Great team.
