Was called to come get vehicle and bumper was not fixed, just painted. Was not able to bring car home, had to leave it while Tony checked with techs to see exactly what they did. Customer should not be called to pick up vehicle if it has not been inspected properly by person who is in charge. Very disappointed.

Kudos to the receptionist at the body shop. She fixed a snafu between the service dept and the body shop. She also led us on a shortcut back to the service dept so we wouldn't have to walk in the rain. Greatly appreciated
