Did not keep me well informed about progress. I was getting ready to leave my office on Fridayafrernoon day 5 to pick up the car when I got a call saying they found additional damage and would keep it another five days. Same thing happened the next Friday except it was until next Monday.

It was absolutely a pleasure and a quick process dealing with prestige ford. I would be glad to take any vehicle back to their shop if need be. The staff was personable and professional and inviting.
