The experience was great from the start! I walked in with questions and ended up making an appointment. They booked me in within a couple of weeks and the work was performed quickly. I was very impressed with the whole experience and of course the people behind the scenes were very professional and friendly. I know I will be coming back and sending business their way. I feel like the communication lacked. My car was there for two weeks. I had to be the one to follow up. And someone lightly hit my car with their camper and I was told by service with a sticky note on my papers. Didn’t say sorry thst happened. Not sure I would go back to Preston. Overall satisfied with repair. Just took along time and lack of communication. Also thankfully I had someone’s car to use because they did not have a loaner
