My car was in the shop for 13 days with no communication. I called on day 13. My advisor was off that day. I understand everyone is entitled to time off but no other service adviser would help me. I called my salesman who got the sales manager involved to help me. Sales department is great but service failed this time. I have no paperwork from my visit a still haven’t heard from my service adviser to let me know what was and wasn’t done.

Dover wasn’t the problem. The problem is with the service in Millsboro where I dropped my jeep off.
