Parker was very nice and professional he kept us updated on the status of my wife's Jeep. Also when it wasn't to his satisfaction he did what needed to be done to make it right before he released it back to us and made have great confidence if we ever need baby repairs Parker at Preston Jeep will out first choice. 1. Called one week into project to learn they had ordered the wrong part. So for the first whole week nothing was done. 2. One week later, no word. So I called again. Learned car was finished. 3. This was a side mirror replacement. I cannot understand how that could have taken two weeks.
