Extremely satisfied, I didnt realize how happy I’d be to see my car fixed up and within a reasonable amount of time. Not only repairing but helping me with my paint which I only mentioned in a conversation, they truly helped me out and it came from a place of not only knowledge but care.

I was not happy with the paint job done on the front bumper. The paint was a different shade of white. When I quesitons the difference, i was advised that the paint mixture process is done by a different company. I asked what could be done, they indicated that the difference could be due to the car not being washed after being repaired due to rain for serveral days. The clerk offered me a free car wash at a local car wash. At the time I dropped the vehicle off, the clerk was very helpful and kind. She has always treated us with kindness and respect.

The communication with Lori was amazing. The process with Preston and my insurance company was seamless. They did great work! My car looks shiny and new and runs great! I don’t want to ever have to get repairs on my vehicles, but when the time comes, I’ll come back to Preston.

Preston was very welcoming to me. I have never had an accident so did not know procedure. They took care of me assisting with getting me to the car rental place, advising what work would be done, estimated time I’d be without my car, and doing the work in less time than estimated.
