When I push my brakes they rumble under my feet. When I put my vehicle in reverse to back up I hear and feel grinding. My vehicle was in the body shop for a month. When I got it back from the weather accident there should not have been anything wrong with it. All the damage from the accident should have been repaired.

The best customer service experience ever! Loved the care Charrita gave me in updates and understanding. While I did not meet the tech crew that performed my body repair, they were quite excellent, and covered every minute detail bringing my F150 back to its point of sale condition.

The team at Preston Autobody came to my rescue! My car was at another shop waiting on insurance cause they did not want to deal with it, and after waiting long enough (3 weeks of back and forth) I called Preston Autobody and they towed my car, got it fixed up within a week. I am incredibly grateful for their all around service, communication with insurance on their part made all the difference in making my life easier. Everyone I spoke to was so helpful and gave me all the information in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend!
