Lack of communication & extended timeframe of repair due to incorrect part being ordered

I was very satisfied with Dominic & his professionalism, however; I was not satisfied with the length of repair window. I was initially quoted 10days for completion on 9/15/23 which turned into almost a month when I picked it up on 9/8/23. I had to reach out a few times to check on the status of the repair. Additionally, in my haste in departure from the collision center, I noticed additional scratches on rear passenger side that were not present when I dropped my vehicle off.

Took 3 weeks for repairs, no contact after original appointment. I had to call them. Did not clear sensor warnings. Had to have this done elsewhere. The last Collision repair in Hampton did the exact repair in a week and cleared all notices.

I was very pleased with the finished product but I was disappointed with how long it took It didn’t help matters that my insurance company took along time to approve additional repairs to the vehicle

They fixed it fine but there was very little communication. I knew almost nothing about what was going on. Then when I went to pick it up it wasn’t cleaned at the end like they said so I just went and cleaned it myself.

I would have liked a more proactive approach. I had to call for updated. This was over a 6-7 week period on a small repair. Everyone was extremely polite and professional.

The vehicle was not done in a timely manner. It took a month, and a few days after to repair the car. I also had to take the car back because they did not put a few pieces of the car back on correctly. The service was not good to me, this is my second time going to a Priority Collision place the other was in Chesapeake. They have the worst service and the service they provide for the vehicle is not great service. I will not ever use this service ever again.

I don’t understand why when I have work done that the door doesn’t match up with the other door. My door was keyless entry and it was replaced with a door with a key slot.

A wonderful work on my car. Not only the repair job is done very professionally but also cleaned my car beautifully. The top of my car roof was very dirt due to the cumulation of many years, no car washing place could cleaned it. I had to try manually clean it but failed. This time the Priority Collision Center cleaned it very well. I am very surprised and happy. Thank you very much!
