5 - what i didnt like is being told car was going to paint and found out part main oart was wrong and didnt get a call. Then when trying to arrange when, when i would be going out of town, it was mentioned if i i didnt pick it up a certain time and pay , it would mess the shops quota or something up. My car being returned seem to be more about the shop than me .

The repair was very good. Wouldn’t even know I was in a fender bender.

The repair was speedy and done very well. The only reason it’s not a 10 is because of my frustration when I returned with my car that had a flashing engine light and heavy shuddering, I felt rather dismissed when I tried to have it addressed. Had to tow it to a Buick repair shop. After having it scanned, the engine issue had gone, but it was extremely frustrating and took more resources and time to get the issue addressed.
