Lack of communication was my biggest concern. The young lady at the front my desk was exceptional. When I informed her about the lack of communication she immediately went to action to assist me.

The repair of my car was mediocre yes they got the scuff out of my car from the accident in a timely manner. I gave them a rating 3 because I’m very disappointed with the aftermath of receiving my car back. 1) the panel to control the seat settings on the driver seat is now literally hanging off my seat and it was no where near in that condition when I dropped my car off. I brought my car back a day later and they told me to zip tie it back together lol. 2) after a week of driving my fog light cover pops out and no where to be found. I been blamed of hitting something lol which I know I haven’t so now I have a fog light cover is missing which they took out and put back in. 3) the boarder keeps popping out another piece they took off and replaced. I’m nowhere near happy with the results.
