The passenger side brand new headlight and frog light is not working and I need to drop off the car again for a follow up. In addition, there were scratches on the driver side panel, that was not present when I dropped off the car. Photos was taken can provide proof that there was no prior damage. The scratches had been fixed in the first follow up, but it delayed the delivery date by 4 days and I Need to explain the situation with insurance and rental car company. I am still not sure if I need to pay the extra 4 days rental. I expected the car was fully inspected before it was released.

Pro American Collision did an excellent job on the repair of my 2025 Toyota Tundra Platinum. I inadvertently caused a lot of damage to my rear bumper and they handled everything with my insurance company. It was so easy. I took it to Toyota of Rancho Santa Margarita and Faraz took over from there. After getting my claim number, they took over the rest. I highly recommend Pro American Collision. When you're in that unfortunate situation of having to fix your car after an accident, they make the process of getting it fixed so much easier on you.
