Pro Collision Center is an auto body repair shop where our goal is to repair your vehicle to pre-accident condition. We offer a life-time warranty on all our repairs. We also offer the convenience of 24 hour towing. We work with all insurance companies and endeavor to keep our customers updated by whatever method is convenient to them, and as frequently as possible. If you have special needs, please let us know up front, as we would love to try to accommodate them. Our goal is to get all 10s when you fill out our survey after the repair. My only reservation would be the distance to drive. This was the closest repair shop my insurance recommended.

My experience was great until at the end when I picked up my finished car. Scheduling was easy, the repair was completed quickly and looks great. But when I picked up the car, there was a part sitting in the passenger seat. Since I picked up the car on the weekend and you weren't open, I called on Monday. The part should have been installed but wasn't. You asked me to bring it back for installation, but since it's an hour round trip for me, I opted to try to install it myself. I did it with some great instruction from Roger. But once installed, I Roger & I discovered that the clip to hold it in place was broken. So Roger has ordered a new clip - and will figure out how to get it to me. Since it is such a long drive, it would've been nice if you had offered to send someone to install or pickup the car and return it.
