Pro Collision Center is an auto body repair shop where our goal is to repair your vehicle to pre-accident condition. We offer a life-time warranty on all our repairs. We also offer the convenience of 24 hour towing. We work with all insurance companies and endeavor to keep our customers updated by whatever method is convenient to them, and as frequently as possible. This is the 2nd time in a row that on the day I've had to pick up the car, there has been debris in the paint that has led me to not be able to pick up my car. Furthermore, I brought up an issue where clear has flaked off from the last time they worked on it, and was told that it has to have been hit by a car door, despite the paint underneath being undamaged in anyway. It seems that corners have been cut in quality and no one is checking the work after it has been done. Personally, I think USAA needs to rethink its use of Pro Collison and standing by it work. I can understand that people make mistakes, but twice in a row handing me q car with debris in the paint, and a poor argument for the clear that flaked off from a previous repair shows me that Pro Collison isn't what it once was. I am undecided on whether or not to report these issues with USAA because of the good experiences in the past, but I also think it is unacceptable how the car has been attempted to be handed off to me the last 2 times and the fact that they rent guaranteeing their work from 3 months ago that wasn't correct in the first place.

They didn't repair what they supposedly told me they were going to repair, and the brake system is failing. The car rolls to one side when I brake. I'm disappointed with how they left my car.
