We also offer the convenience of 24 hour towing. We work with all insurance companies and endeavor to keep our customers updated by whatever method is convenient to them, and as frequently as possible. If you have special needs, please let us know up front, as we would love to try to accommodate them. Our goal is to get all 10s when you fill out our survey after the repair. Almost everything that was replaced needs to be fixed again. Some pieces look like they weren't even replaced.

The bumper has been cut for some reason and so the bottom of the bumper is an uneven cut and now it doesn't cover the spare tire like it did before. The bumper overall is not right. Also, there is a noticeable difference in the paint color.

It appears to me that the taped line separating the black from the pearl white was not straight. Paint lines are curvey a little. I asked for a new bumper and paid out of pocket. A snap on piece of the original bumper was reused. I thought I was getting everything new. Felt troubled that I paid so much and it still looks like it has been in an accident
