Pro Collision Center is an auto body repair shop where our goal is to repair your vehicle to pre-accident condition. We offer a life-time warranty on all our repairs. We also offer the convenience of 24 hour towing. We work with all insurance companies and endeavor to keep our customers updated by whatever method is convenient to them, and as frequently as possible. If you have special needs, please let us know up front, as we would love to try to accommodate them. Our goal is to get all 10s when you fill out our survey after the repair. Process was smooth from dropping off the car to picking it back up. Thankfully other cars were available there for rentals as other places nearby would not have had any available at the time. Perfect work on the car making it look like brand new. Would definitely recommend for body work. Thank you

I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Pro Collision Center at the Orange County location from start to finish. The entire process was seamless, efficient, and stress-free. I was able to drop my vehicle off and quickly coordinate the rental car without any delays. The staff made the transition effortless, and I was in and out within minutes. Impressively, my vehicle was completed in exactly one week. Returning the rental and picking up my vehicle was just as smooth and efficient. When I received my car back, I was beyond impressed with the quality of the work. The repairs were magnificent—it honestly looked even better than when I brought it in. The vehicle was clean, beautifully finished, and looked brand new. Their attention to detail and pride in their work truly show. David was absolutely wonderful and took the time to personally come out and ensure everything was taken care of. Shana was equally fantastic and made the rental coordination and return process simple and stress-free. Both were professional, courteous, and clearly committed to providing excellent service. This was, without question, the best experience I’ve ever had with an auto repair shop. I am extremely pleased with the entire process and would highly recommend Pro Collision Center at the Orange County location to anyone without hesitation.
