Pro Collision Center is an auto body repair shop where our goal is to repair your vehicle to pre-accident condition. We offer a life-time warranty on all our repairs. We also offer the convenience of 24 hour towing. We work with all insurance companies and endeavor to keep our customers updated by whatever method is convenient to them, and as frequently as possible. If you have special needs, please let us know up front, as we would love to try to accommodate them. Our goal is to get all 10s when you fill out our survey after the repair. As Soon as I left the shop location i had a flat tire. THe stem on the tire was compromised. There was some adhesive left on the door where it was taped that I had to remove. Outside of those things the work looked good, just a little more attention to detail.

I experienced a flat tire (tire stem broken) as soon as I left pro auto. Which in return I lost a few hours in my day getting that repaired. I noticed adhesive left behind in the car driver side passenger door. And the person that cleaned my windows didn't do a good job. He only smeared the film on my windows around, he could of left the windows the way they whete i would have been satisfied. As for the reason the vehicle was there for, that work was done handsomely. No complaints on the color match or the lines matching up. I would give this review a 20 but paying attention to the small details lessen my review score.

Every time I have had deer problems I have recommended ProCollision to friends and family when they have other repair needs as well. I’ve even sent accident pictures to family and friends. When they have seen my worse accident and I show them how the vehicle looked after repaired, they are so amazed.

The quality of the repair is great and what I expected. You cannot tell that my vehicle had been damaged at all. I have had at least 4 or 5 deer damages over the years and entrusted the repair work to ProCollision each time. When each repair was done you would never know that I had an accident.
