I was able to get my car into the shop quickly, had communication from Pro Finish every day that my car was being fixed, and my car was finished in a very impressive amount of time. Additionally, the quality of work was amazing. I could not be happier.

It is very likely. I was given a list of “esurance approved” shops to call by the adjuster. Out of the 10 on the list seven told me in November to call back in early January to see if they could even get an initial estimate, the other 3 never got back to me after multiple emails. I tried to do the right thing but Pro Finish Inc in Kent said to bring it in right away. The shops on the list are still backed up and I wouldn’t have seen my truck until June of 2022. The way I see it I got my vehicle back months earlier than an esurance approved shop
