Ok when I left the truck at the shop. We had a plan in place to fix the side of the truck that had the accident and repair the driver's side as well so that it matched. They gave me an estimate to do the work after they got the truck inside they let know by email that more repairs would be needed. The next contact I had with them was to let me know the truck was ready to pick up. I show up and see the repairs, the side that had the accident looked great. They had to fix the grommet for the antenna no big deal. I walked over to see the extra work I asked them to do for me while it was in the shop looked like. It had not been done they had not told me they didn't do the extra work either. Once I got home I noticed the badge was not installed but it was inside the truck. The work Profinish did do was great and I'll probably take it back to them to have the rest of the work done that I asked them to do. So the work is great but the communication is lacking.
