The people there are going to make sure you are very happy at the end of the job. I just had them do repair on my truck for the second time. This time I was paying out of my pocket, as soon as I had my fender bender I went straigt to Pro Finish because they did such a great job the first time, and I knew they would give me a great job for the least amount of money.

Not because of the quality of the work but because they will not own their mistake if or when something goes wrong with the vehicle during repair.

My back up camera was damaged during the cause of repair and i had to spen $130 at radio shark in Tukwila to have it replaced. The back up camera worked fine when I brought my surbubarn in but i was told that they did not know how or it is not showing any video feed. However, they did a very good job with the repair and i will give 5 stars to the Maria and the other lady at the front desk for great customer service.
