great outcome and great customer service!! went in for some minor scrapes and scratches and they ended up replacing the whole bumper for the same price as it would’ve been to just have the repairs done and got complimentary rides to drop off my car and pick it up which was very helpful and eased some of the stress throughout the process and did a good job updating me through the process as well and had my car back within two days so all the work was done in a timely manner. very pleased!!

I was a little dissatisfied today when I inspected the van, the front bumper was not placed back correctly after repairs.. around the headlights there’s big gaps, especially on the drivers side which had no damage prior to bringing it to pro color. I had to leave my van another day so someone can fix the bumper. I’m paying a lot of money for these repairs so I hope the problem gets fixed..

After picking up my vehicle yesterday I’m so beyond disappointed not only by some of the work but by the customer service. My front bumper was not placed correctly the first time so I left it to get adjusted and I come back the next day and it’s still not fixed correctly. Gaps my the headlight..John was just arguing with me about it saying it’s factory it’s factory, it will never fit correctly, which is false, when I bought the car in March it was placed with perfection. As I’m driving home with it I noticed one of my sensors now doesn’t work at all. Which is the sensor where your car shuts off when you brake. My sensor was working prior to dropping off my van. On the passenger side where some damage was the repair they did is bulging out. I told him I wasn’t happy with some of the work done and he told me there wasn’t anything more they can do. Apparently they cannot put a car back together correctly. Disappointing especially for 3,899 of work.

I was not happy with the customer service or the way my front bumper was placed back on. My headlights had gaps, and they tried to fix it again but it still didn’t look right. The guy John was just arguing with me instead of helping me. I would not bring my car back. Just because he was argumentative
