Pros: Paint color match on trunk is spot on. Factory Like finish. Dent repair performed on trunk came out great. Trunk does not have same loose feeling it previously had before visit. No longer contacting rear body pillars. Cons: Rear bumper mounting tabs are damaged on both sides where it meets the quarter panels. Can be seen plain as day by tail lights. Bumper was witnessed floating and bouncing while at highway speeds by tailing driver. Fitment of spoiler on trunk is worse post visit. Noticeable gaps where spoiler meets trunk and has excessive movement it did not previously have. Lower valance has sizeable gaps where it should be contacting the bumper. Upon further inspection it does not appear to be installed properly. Rear wiring harness for bumper side marker lights and reverse light are loose and hanging. No ounce of effort went into securing these wires to the bumper before it was reinstalled and was found dangling on the exhaust. Broken exhaust tip hardware. The exhaust tips were easily removed by hand with no tools required. Once removed, it was noted that one exhaust tip had no hardware at all to tighten to the exhaust, and the other one was missing a bolt completely. This can be from other work, but seeing as they needed to be removed to reinstall the bumper, I do not understand why no attempt to replace the broken or missing hardware. This issue has since been fixed following the visit.

I was disappointed with the time it took. But I know that Robert came in at a terrible time. He did a good job when he took over. He did all that he could and even more insiite of all the cars he had to get fixed. I was happy with him.

The reason I'm giving a 4 is because I really don't like excuses. I like to be given a exact time to pick it up few things where understandable but not all of it. Also I was missing a tire with rim and an emergency air pump that comes with the car. They purchased the rim and tire but I'm still waiting on the air pump.
