I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of service I received. They continued to push back my completion date and never contacted me with any explanation. I had to call several times to get updates and was fed nothing but lies. I was told that additional work would be done for free to make up for my inconvenience only to pick up my car and that work was not done. They didn’t even finish the repair that I initially came in for. The hubcap was not replaced and the bumper is definitely not new (although I was charged for a bumper). I also noticed that the clear coat was peeling on my roof which was not peeling when the car was dropped off. Robert continue to lie, failed to properly communicate, and even pretended to be shocked that the work wasn’t done. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

For starters I came in with a brand new car that was slightly damaged and you guys scratched the new hood yall put on but acknowledge it but the body work or reassemble of the fender us not on correctly its not flush with the hood and my lower side panel is not on correctly there is a gap between the the lower pannel on driver side is not on securely and there a gap between the actual car and the bottom pannel that was replaced and nicked paint from installation and last yall replaced my driver headlight with a used scratched up cover with moisture in it so I have a brand new one on one side and a fucked off looking one on other side and I looked the part up and what yall charged u could got a new one for the same price or 50 bucks more I mean it fuckin ridiculous yeah my car was mildly damaged but when my insurance paid 6000 and then some for this hack job its so disappointing really on top of taking longer then it was supposed to and every time I called to get an update or anything I never got a message or text call until the next day or I was told many times I don't work in the office im just watching the phone I will have someone call u and not once did I get a call back then when I picked it up.it was missing the license plate and the molding on wheel well and that's when I was told that you guys scratched my new hood yskl just put in and I still haven't had it fixed cause it's gonna take all fuckin day and I won't have a vehicle so I still will be coming and getting all of the issues caused by ubguys fixed free of charge I mean this cost me a thousand dollars for Mt deductible and im gonna call state farm to inform them.of all the issues cause if there gonna refer there customers to yall they don't want them getting the experience I had im stillnupsetbthati didn't even wreck the car and then getting back was just the same so no I am not happy and u will be seeing Me I have to arrange a ride for the day and it's nit just not that easy for me to do
