Truck was completed and detailed ahead of schedule. Beautiful job!! The only reason I gave it a nine was because it was completed a week prior but still had a dent issue and had to come back a second time.

My only feedback is that it would have been helpful to receive a reminder the day before my appointment to pick up my car about payment needing to be cash or check. Even if I was told when I first dropped off the car, as it was there a month or so, it helps to be reminded the day before. This can help make for a smoother pick up process. Other than that everything was great.

No problem with the actual work. The customer service left a lot of room for improvement. We were told that the repair would take 3 to 4 days to complete. It took 2 weeks to get done. I called several times and spoke to the manager, Alex, and each time I was promised a call back with a status update. I was never called back and I was given a different story each time I did speak to Alex. Also the initial estimate was $2600 and the final amount was $4600.
