Erik helped me out and he was the most helpful my insurance company and other drivers insurance company weren’t helpful pro color collision was the only company that kept me updated about my car stayed in communication with me about extra issues handled any concerns I had or any questions overall very nice people and would definitely recommend them to anybody I know

Communication was not good at all. I always had to keep calling to get status and update about my vehicle. Didn’t even add back my front license plate frame nor didn’t even replace it with a new one. Would’ve expected that they would’ve inspected the whole car and if they saw anything, they would’ve called me to ask me if it was part of the accident.

Initially I was concerned about getting my car back in time for an upcoming trip. I decided to drop it off early to ensure it was fix and to provide additional time if needed. I was shockingly surprised to receive an email that my car was about ready, and I would be notified later in the day. I was notified and picked up my car 2-3 days ahead of schedule. it was a big relief. The car looks great. I am happy with the work performed. Thank you, Erik, for providing updates on the status of my car. This really helped me out knowing my car was progressing through the repair cycle. Thank you to all that worked on my car. Excellent job well done!

The actual repair was flawless, so far. However the Tesla returned in a condition where the AC only blows warm air and the flat tire indicator warning on the dash card is on (the tire air pressure is full to spec), and the tire pressure sensors are not displaying any tire pressure reads on th dashboard. These 3 conditions were not present when I submitted the car for repairs. The vehicle is a Tesla, and I had rebooted the computer 4 times and the 3 conditions remain the same. Please restore my car AC, and have the tire pressure display/ warning function properly as submitted before the repairs

ProColor was so great@ They handled everything and I had my car back quickly. The best part was the detail they did on the inside and outside. My car was so clean! I will come back again if I ever need a collision center.
